What we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Result.ly is run by Dynamic Software Development Sh.p.k., registered in Albania. For anything about your details, email hello@result.ly.

What we collect, and why

Only what you send us through the inquiry form: your name, your email, your company or website if you add it, what you need, your budget range and what you write about the project. We use it to reply, to scope the project with you and to send you a quote. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

We use it because you asked us to: it is needed to answer your inquiry before any agreement is made (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

Like any website, the server also records technical details of each visit in its logs, such as the IP address and the browser, to keep the site running and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we work together, for the project and the records the law requires. If nothing comes of it, we delete it once it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Who else handles it

The site runs on a server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), on a server in the United States. They handle your details only to provide that service to us.

Cookies and storage

resultly_consent
Necessary. Remembers your cookie choice for up to 182 days.
_ga, _ga_*
Analytics, only if allowed. Google Analytics uses them for up to 2 years to count visits and see how the page is used. Google signals and advertising features are off.
rl-theme
Your choice of light or dark, kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Visitors in Europe are asked before Google Analytics runs. Elsewhere it runs from the start, and anyone can turn it off at any time.

The fonts are served from our own server, so reading the page loads nothing from other companies.

What you can ask us

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Email hello@result.ly. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
